Two assessments will be done during Y10 and Y11. These two pieces of work are then submitted to the exam board for marking. The controlled assessment in writing counts for 30% of your final grade.

Speaking is also assessed twice during the 2 year course. Two assignments will be set, then recorded by the student, marked by your MFL teacher and then sent to AQA, the exam board, to be moderated. Speaking is also worth 30% of the final grade.
